个人简介：
蔡斌，1974年1月。福建医科大学附一医院神经内科主任医师、教授、博士生导师、医学博士、美国UNTHSC博士后。神经内科副主任，慕容慎行党支部书记。20年来长期致力于脑血管病临床和基础研究，长期专注于散发和遗传性脑小血管病的诊治研究，在主持的3个国家自然基金面上项目资助下，规范建立了标准的脑小血管病队列，并进行规范随访，同时创建了与人NOTCH3基因R544C突变对应的点突变小鼠，模拟了临床表型。兼任国家卫健委百万减残工程专家委员会专业委员、中国卒中学会脑卒中康复分会副主任委员、中华医学会神经病学神经康复学组委员、中华医师协会神经病学神经康复学组委员、福建省海医会神经内科学分会副会长、福建省脑卒中质控中心成员兼秘书、中国卒中学会的脑小血管病分会常委、福建省神经病学分会常委、福建省脑血管病学组组长等。
科研成果：
（1）2011年，受日本神经科学会邀请，在第34届日本神经科学年会演讲报告并获得日本神经科学奖。
（2）2012年，获得福建省优秀博士论文二等奖。
（3）2014年以第一作者获得福建省第十一届自然科学优秀学术论文奖“二等奖”。
（4）2017年被选为福建医科大学第一医院“优秀青年科技工作者”。
