
个人简介:
陈晓春博士,福建医科大学神经科学研究院院长、附属协和医院神经内科教授、主任医师、博士生导师;曾获得国家新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选、国家卫健委有突出贡献中青年专家和全国优秀科技工作者等称号;目前兼任中国医师协会常务理事、神经内科医师分会会长,中华医学会神经病学分会痴呆与认知障碍学组组长,福建省医师协会会长和《中华神经科杂志》副总编辑;1984年获福建医科大学临床医学学士学位,1989年获福建医科大学神经病学硕士学位,2001年获北京大学医学部神经病学博士学位;长期从事老年神经变性疾病的临床诊疗与基础研究,特别是在阿尔茨海默病(AD)和帕金森病发病机制与防治领域做了一些有特色的创新工作;作为课题负责人先后承担科技创新-2030“脑科学与类脑研究计划”重大项目、国家科技支撑计划项目和国家自然科学基金项目等20多项课题。
科研成果:
陈晓春博士高度关注认知障碍发生机制、精准诊断和早期治疗,借助自然人群队列、AD疾病队列及动物实验平台开展了多层次、多维度的系统研究,推动了神经认知心理障碍疾病诊断平台的建设,建立了基于福建省人群的痴呆和认知障碍谱系病临床生物样本和影像临床数据库,阐明了载脂蛋白ApoE4增加AD风险的分子机制,揭示了骨髓来源的B细胞对AD神经病理进程的影响,提出了靶向干预颅骨骨髓来源的B细胞AD早期防治的新策略,开展了人参皂苷Rg1、雷公藤氯内酯醇、姜黄素和二甲双胍等防治AD的研究工作,以上成果以第一作者或/和通讯作者在Molecular Neurodegeneration、Biological Psychiatry、Aging Cell、Neuropsychopharmacology等SCI源学术期刊上发表高质量论文100余篇,主持完成的科研成果有1项获教育部高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖-自然科学奖一等奖、1项获江苏省科学技术奖一等奖、4项获福建省科学技术奖二等奖、2项获福建省医学科技进步奖一等奖、2项获中华医学科技奖三等奖。
