
个人简介:
张静,女,1978年11月生,医学博士,研究员、博士生导师。福建省级高层次人才(B类),福建省青年科技奖(2023)和福建省运盛青年科技奖(2024)获得者。兼任中国神经科学学会神经科学研究技术分会委员,中国老年医学学会基础与转化医学分会委员,福建省神经病学分会心身医学学组委员。2001年获三峡大学医学院临床医学学士学位,2004年获福建医科大学分子病原微生物学硕士学位,2012年获福建医科大学老年医学博士学位,2017年前往美国国立卫生研究院药物成瘾研究所(NIH-NIDA)访问学习。主要从事阿尔茨海默病和抑郁症的发病机制和药物防治的研究:从衰老、遗传风险因素及骨髓免疫等角度探讨阿尔茨海默病的发病机制;从应激和遗传的角度,探讨抑郁症发生发展的分子机制;筛选用于防治阿尔茨海默病和抑郁症的天然植物单体或小分子化合物。近年来,先后承担国家自然科学基金区域创新发展联合基金重点支持项目(1项)、面上项目(2项)、青年项目(1项)及福建省重大研究专项等科研课题近20项。
科研成果:
①系统阐明了载脂蛋白apoE4增加AD风险的机制。②揭示了ACSS2介导的组蛋白乙酰化在AD中的作用,提出了补充乙酸、二甲双胍、姜黄素及人参皂苷Rg1作为AD治疗的潜在策略。③创新性的提出了骨髓来源的B细胞对AD神经病理进程的影响,靶向干预颅骨骨髓来源的B细胞是AD早期防治的新策略。④揭示了APOE4和LHPP增加抑郁风险及机制,提出了补充ATP可能对携带APOE4的老年抑郁患者有效、靶向LHPP可能作为抑郁治疗的潜在策略,提出了补充乙酸、二甲双胍及灵芝三萜类化合物作为抑郁治疗的潜在策略。以上成果以第一作者或和通讯作者在Mol Neurodegener、Biological Psychiatry、Aging Cell、Neuropsychopharmacology、Transl Psychiatry等国际学术期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇。并获得中华医学科技三等奖1项、福建省科学技术二等奖2项、及福建省医学科技一等奖2项。申请国家发明专利3项,其中第一完成人2项,第三完成人1项。
